Heh, as you can see I'm trying to add as much content as possible. Hopefully, this well attract more users. Well, lets begin on the next review. Four Second Frenzy. This genre of games are very popular. Another game like this, a lot worse tho is called Grid 16. I recommend you try and play both these games as they both have badges and such. The game is another wario ware clone. It indulges itself in countless mini-games and then leads to a final goal. Defeating the boss. The basic concept of the game is to complete each micro game within 4 seconds or less. Exceeding this time limit results in a loss of a life.

Well, excuse the quality of this review as I'm playing facebook poker simultaneously. Anyways, that pretty much sum things up. I loved the game, it's highly addicting. After a couple runs you should have the basic feel for the game and should be able to beat it every time.

Frantic Frenzy Badge (hard - 30 points)

Complete Endurance Mode in Four Second Frenzy.

This badge should probably be medium. Most of the mini games are very easy. I'm not gonna go out of my way to provide a walkthrough for each mini game I encounter so just play the game a couple times. Should be pretty easy after that. Using cheat engine you can have unlimited lives. Freeze the lives and you'll win for sure. Here's a video demonstration.

Overall, the game is very simple to learn and master. The simplicity of the games make the game very entertaining, while making the game a bit too easy. Don't bother playing the disappointing sequel. Four Second Firestorm or something, not worth linking.

"The game delivers countless games all packaged in one. While it is entertaining for a while, after mastering the game it becomes too easy. The badge should have been medium range of difficulty," -KongreGuide, 3/5

Thing-Thing 4 04/04/2008

A lot of love and hate for this game. Well, I did play this game all the way through got all the badges without cheating and here's my review. I has mix feelings towards this game. All I can say is that nothing new was brought to this sequel. Visually the game was brilliant. The particles effects would've been great and all but I just can't afford a computer with an amazing graphics card. There should be a setting that lets you lower particles effects. Even on low quality, I experience extensive amounts of lag. There's a variety of enemies and weapons so it's decent on that part. The worst negative about this game is how simple the gameplay is. Kill certain number of enemies is equal to when you can move onto the next area. I finished the game with a little over 700 kills. That's an insane amount of kills in my opinion. The game just lasted way too long and the repetitiveness kill it. You may feel different, but the health concept is what many people on the Kongregate forums are buzzing about. A lot of people are talking about how there should be a  health bar versus its original design. Health bar is so outdated. I mean come on... instead of having the "classic" health power-up, Weasel implemented a brilliant method for healing and viewing your health. Only problem I had with this concept, is how the screen got too "crowded" and it became a little bit distracting.

The game also got this week's challenge which shouldn't be too difficult if you followed my guide. You can follow my walkthrough here but its more in-depth in the forums. Since I did beat the game without badges, I will be posting whatever little bits I found. But, it wasn't my major concern to find them.

As mentioned before, I did not really look into the matter of hacking and changing variables in the game. But, from looking at the game the most effective thing to do would be freezing ammo for the most efficient weapon you find using Cheat Engine. As ammo is really scarce. If your having some troubles with the game and just want to finish the badge since the game sucks ball, then don't hesitate to post your problems in the forums.

Taste of Blood Badge (easy - 5 points)

Kill 50 enemies, then complete your current level in Thing-Thing 4.

Shouldn't be too difficult at all. If your having troubles with this... then your definitely should resort to cheating. The whole point of this game is to kill, so you should just camp a spawn and use your lead pipe so you don't waste any ammo. This also helps you later on for the next badge.

Kill Drill Badge (medium - 15 points)
This is not really a drill. Score 88 melee kills, then complete your current level in Thing-Thing 4.

As mentioned before, you can either camp a spawn early on in the game or you can just continue playing the game and use the jump and hit strategy. The lead pipe is obviously the only melee weapon you can use. So thats all you need to achieve this badge.

Live and Let Die Badge (hard - 30 points)

Fulfill your quest for revenge, completing all 28 levels in Thing-Thing 4.

I find the name of this badge to absolutely make no sense, anyways to beat the game follow the walkthrough here. If your having any other problems either comment this blog post or post on the forums. Remember your most important tool, the lead pipe. Should finish the game after around 700 kills depending on which route you take.

My final thoughts for this game? It's time to end the series, unless Weasel can come up with anything new and innovative, I believe the time has come. If you've played the previous Thing-Thing's you'll find it's all the game. Great concept and all, but the game is just too damn repetitive.

"Visually the game is great, actually so good that it lags horrendously on my computer. The concept is very simple and the gameplay is boring. Overuse of blood and mindless violence makes this sequel a flop. I hope the author discontinues the series and uses his talents to make better games." -KongreGuide, 3/5

"I feel that the Thing-Thing series has gone as far as it can as far as game play goes, it is fun and a great way to waste time but it lacks creativity," -unforgiven91, 4/5

B29 Assault 03/26/2008

Well... it's been a good week since my last guide. So I thought I would post the next one up. Remember, I am just posting this guides in order from last page, to first. If any of you would like to request any games. I'll be glad to post my reviews and guides for that game in priority to what I am working on. So just come drop by on the forums, register and say hi.

So, back to the guide, B29 Assault. How did you find this game to be? Is it a bit challenging? Yes, I found it to range in around the medium difficulty and I did definitely loose some lived before obtaining the badge. Did I have to cheat? No, not at all I did this without having to change any variables or _root values and such. Does that mean this is just gonna be a review? Haha... I see where your getting at. Of course not, I have little tricks in every game. Remember I do have every single accomplishment on Kongregate and  my job is to help you getting them by any means possible.

I found the game overall to be a bit different as compared to other games within the same genre. This top-down shooter flies high along the ranks of SkyForce and Raiden X. So the main question to ask here is, how does this game set itself apart from the competition? Although at first glance, you'll see that the game isn't really original. It has old-school console graphics (NES, SNES, GBA, Sega) which is great and all. It also has the same system for weapons as the other games where you have a main weapon which can be upgraded as well as a secondary weapon which may also be upgraded. In pretty much all games in this category you will find that there are bombs available for use. What this made this game impeccably great was the integration of the secondary weapon with the mouse. This is a highly original feature. The biggest example is using lightning and being able to aim with the mouse while simultaneously using the arrow keys and using the main weapon. This made the game all the more better. This implementation also created a fast-paced environment where quick reflexes are key to victory.

Anyways, lets step away from the features of the game for a moment and introduce the storyline along with (I know this is why your reading) the walkthrough.

"In the mid 21st century the world was taken over by terrorists. You come from the future to change the past and rid the world of them. You travel back in time in your radical B29 bomber that has a 23rd century upgrade. Your objective is to go to critical world locations and destroy the terrorist threat that has control of the streets." -FreeWorldGroup

That pretty much sums up the storyline. Along with the main features I explained are plenty of different upgrades for both main and secondary weapons. Use the combination that is best for you. Also, this game features huge over-the-top bosses. Which I'm sure you will enjoy.

Counter-Terrorists Win Badge (medium - 15 points)

Complete all 6 stages in B29 Assault.

If you actually enjoy this game, which I did, I recommend you play this through. As a walkthrough point for the guide I can only offer little tips and tricks I picked up. Its not that difficult of the game and should be accomplished with minimal lives lost. The only strategy I found helpful is to obviously continue moving to dodge any fire that is aimed at you. Also, to work with the weapons that you are most comfortable with. I found lightning combined with the thick-blue laser was the best for me. It could be different for you.

If you just want the badge then all you gotta do is change the _root values. This is nothing that Niflheim cannot handle. You can easily skip through the stages with near infinite lives. More information can be found in the forums. Heres a demonstration.

Well, to sum things up I highly do recommend you play this game. Should offer about an hour of fun.

"Shows how top down shooters still have alot of ways to go. The implementation with mouse and keyboard is excellent. Although, this game was not original it definitely brings something new and is well worth playing." -KongreGuide, 4/5

Particles 03/19/2008

Particles... well what can I say? This is one of the harder badges on Kongregate. Although, it can be easily accomplished if you practice enough. This review and guide well introduce you to the little tips and tricks I picked up after attempting the badge several times. For all the badge whores out there that have given up hope I have also provided with ways of beating Particles with Cheat Engine.

"Particles is a simple physics game where you dodge bouncing balls.Move the blue ball with the mouse, avoid the red balls for as long as you can." - Ragdollsoft

This game is brilliant! It's simple concept in which you obviously dodge other balls. Add a catchy track and what more you can ask for. The game well provide with hours of entertainment and misery as you try to get a top score. There is absolutely nothing I can say is wrong about this game, the physics are excellent and visually the graphics are awesome.

You can enjoy  this video of one of my successful attempts. Of course this score was actually crap compared to my other accomplished scores. My highest score was probably around 247.

Dodgeball Badge (easy 5-points)

Survive 50 seconds in Particles.

Alright, really if you can't accomplish this badge then you need a whole lot of practice. Not really much tips to give here other then try to stay away from the more concentrated area of balls. Also, some people find not focusing on the red ball make them score better. Other then that 50 seconds shouldn't be so difficult. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think all you have to do is get passed 6-7 balls. If you really have to you can use Cheat Engine to slow down the game but I do no think its necessary.

Ultimate Dodgeball Badge (hard 30-points)

Survive for 200 seconds in Particles.

I would say this is definitely one of the harder badges to achieve on Kongregate. Of course, with practice it should be obtained easily. Personally I found that after achieving the 200+ seconds, I was able to do it after every try.

Anyways, the only tips I can give is based off of experience which your gonna need in order to get the badge. As mentioned before stay away from concentrated areas of balls and try not to focus on the red ball as much, keep your attention on the blue balls. Other tips that I have not mentioned yet are to stay away from the faster moving ball. As you get to 5-6 and onwards you'll notice that there are certain balls moving faster. Being able to avoid those will help you avoid the slower moving balls as well. Little tricks you can do is you can move your mouse off the screen and place it somewhere else and you well "teleport" to that location. The same effect can be shown when you right-click on the screen and then click elsewhere.

If you really have too then go ahead and enable speed hack to slow down the game. If your just plain "sucky" at the game then go ahead and search the amount of ball and use the *8 rule. After you find the value freeze it and you'll have 2 balls to deal with for the whole game. It's pretty simple after that and then you can go ahead and beat the top score (1016 seconds). Just kidding don't do that. Here's a demonstration of how to find the balls variable on Cheat Engine.

Now your probably saying to yourself "wow, that was easy!" But, I know deep inside that you did not feel any sense of accomplishment in achieving this at all. But don't worry at least you don't have to deal with this game ever again.

The Last Stand 03/18/2008

Welcome to my guide for The Last Stand. If you've seen my previous video on The Last Stand then you already know how to accomplish the badge in less then 5 minutes. Do I recommend you do this? Absolutely not.

" Survive the night fighting off zombies from your barricade." - ConArtists

This game description is exactly what it sounds. The goal is simple, survive until you are saved. After each wave you are able to search for survivors, weapons and repair your base. The game can be found here.

Sniper Badge (hard 30 - points)

Get 500 kills with headshots during a single game in The Last Stand.

Is this an easy to achieve? After very little practice it should be pretty simple. I will post a video from YouTube illustrating the just of how to aim you weapon. Obviously this varies which each individual weapon (i.e. shotgun and sniper).

The second video shows a demonstration on how to get the 500 headshots automatically via. using the trainer.

Pretty much - its a pretty easy concept - if you just aim your cursor a bit over the zombie's head and to the right you should get the headshots easily. Keep in mind that each weapon may be slightly different. As soon as you get the sniper the headshots should be a cinch.

If anyone wants me to post videos for other weapons just post your request in the forum.

Survivor Badge (medium - 15 points)

Survive the zombie onslaught long enough to be rescued without dying once in The Last Stand.

Well from a walkthrough perspective of this guide it's pretty much kill or be killed. Aiming for their heads not only adds to towards the count for headshots but it also does more damage. Also, you can only have a combination of 2 weapons. It's highly recommended that you use the sniper as it kills zombies in 1-hit if shot in the head and choose any other weapon you feel comfortable with.

Not quite sure, but I believe that the max number of survivors is 7 but searching for weapons is more essential and keeping your base fully repaired in the final level.

I haven't used and hack methods in order to beat this game so users looking for this are out of luck sorry!

I would describe the actual game difficulty at easy. I really don't know why people have any problems at all even with the hard badge. The above videos should help a bit.

More detailed instructions may be found in the forums.
